The Hotspot Gas Kettle Barbecue is designed to be a great sociable barbecue. It cooks great and looks great too, with the gas bottle fitting neatly out of view behind the base, or even on the base depending on its size.The high powered 30,000 btu twin burners, coupled with the cast iron flame tamer, ensure fantastic fully adjustable cooking temperatures and great food every time! The flame tamer also catches the fats and oils, which duly vapourise with the flavour going back into the meat! This gives you that great barbecue taste every time. It also has the added benefit of allowing any excess oils to run off into the run-off pot.The barbecue is also supplied with the kettle lid for slow cooking and roasting. It has a clear temperature guage, meaning that you can adjust the heat accordingly to get the temperature you need.The 3 extra large detachable chopping boards are great for preparing and serving the food. Use them to prepare your food on in the kitchen and then simply carry them to the barbecue and clip them on the side! All your food is then easily to hand for when you want to cook it!The barbecue also has a stainless steel tool holder, meaning that everything you need for a great barbecue is easily at reach!The grill itself is removable, allowing you to carry the food directly to the table. It will be hot though, so make sure you wear oven gloves! The added benefit of this is that you can pop it in your dishwasher once you have finished cooking, along with the cast iron flame tamer and the handy fat catcher.
