His display there attracted such wide attention that the game speedily became the vogue, not only here but in Europe and throughout the British Empire. Several firms began making croquet equipment, but only John Jaques has survived from that period and continues to lead the market, offering superior equipment for all levels of play.This limited edition 8 player family set was designed to celebrate the centenary of the first modern medal Olympics.
