Parmesan Grater in BeechAnyone who has watched Nigella Bites, will remember her Parmesan Grater. Inspired by its handy doorknob design, the Salad and Herb collection includes a small wooden beech handheld grafter that fits neatly into the palm of the hand. Nigella oozes "I wanted a parmesan grater that was really comfortable, as well as beautiful to look at. The curved taper shape is lovely. But, it was also important to me to make this a proper Italian grater by which it means it shaves the Parmesan into sandy rubble rather than aerated threads".
